This Payment Policy outlines the payment terms for all services provided by Innozone (Pvt) Ltd (“Innozone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including WordPress website design, Meta Ads management, content creation, and page optimization services. By engaging our services, clients agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Payment Structure
All projects follow a two-installment payment structure:
- 50% Advance Payment — Payable upfront before the commencement of any project. Work will only begin once the advance payment has been received.
- 50% Balance Payment — Payable upon completion of the work, prior to final handover, publishing, or launch of the website/campaign.
No project will be started without receipt of the advance payment, and no final files, website access, or completed deliverables will be handed over until the balance payment is settled in full.
2. Third-Party Digital Service Costs
Innozone acts solely as the service provider for setup, design, development, and campaign management. We are not responsible for the cost of third-party digital services required to run the client’s website or advertising campaigns, including but not limited to:
- Website theme/template licenses
- Web hosting fees
- Domain registration and renewal
- Premium plugins or third-party software/tools
- Meta Ads advertising budget (ad spend paid directly to Facebook/Instagram)
These costs must be paid separately by the client, either directly to the respective third-party provider or reimbursed to Innozone if purchased on the client’s behalf. Innozone’s service fees cover our labor, expertise, and management only — not the underlying third-party product or platform costs.
3. Meta Ads Budget
- The advertising budget spent on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns is entirely separate from Innozone’s service fee for managing the campaign.
- Ad budgets must be funded directly by the client through their own ad account, or paid to Innozone separately for onward payment, as agreed per project.
- Innozone’s Meta Ads service fee covers strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting — not the ad spend itself.
4. Accepted Payment Method
- All payments must be made to Innozone (Pvt) Ltd’s official company bank account only.
- Payments made to any personal account, individual employee, or freelancer on behalf of Innozone will not be recognized as valid payment and will be at the client’s own risk.
- Official payment details will be shared via invoice or written confirmation from Innozone.
5. Late or Delayed Payments
- If the balance payment is not received within a reasonable period after project completion, Innozone reserves the right to withhold final deliverables, website access, or campaign handover until payment is made.
- Continued delay in payment may result in suspension of ongoing services, including active ad campaigns or website maintenance.
6. Invoicing
- Clients will receive a formal invoice for both the advance and balance payments.
- It is the client’s responsibility to retain payment receipts/confirmations for their own records.
7. Currency & International Clients
- For clients based outside Sri Lanka (including Saudi Arabia and Qatar), payment currency and method will be confirmed at the time of invoicing, based on mutual agreement.
- Any bank transfer fees, currency conversion charges, or international transaction costs are the responsibility of the client.
