These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including WordPress website design, Meta Ads management, content creation, page optimization, and related digital marketing services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services
Innozone provides digital solutions including, but not limited to:
- WordPress website design and development (eCommerce and service-based businesses)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaign strategy and management
- Content creation and copywriting
- Website and landing page optimization
- Brand strategy and digital growth consulting
The exact scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be agreed upon separately with each client, typically via a proposal, quotation, or written agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project delivery, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate business information, content, and materials required for the project
- Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or information within a reasonable time
- Ensure they have the legal right to use any content, images, logos, or materials provided to us
- Make payments as agreed in the project quotation or invoice
Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback or missing content) may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of Innozone.
3. Payments & Pricing
- Pricing for services will be communicated via quotation or invoice prior to project commencement.
- Depending on the service, payments may be structured as full upfront payment, milestone-based payments, or as otherwise agreed in writing.
- For Meta Ads campaigns, any advertising budget spent directly with Meta/Facebook is separate from Innozone’s service fees, unless otherwise stated.
- Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services until outstanding amounts are settled.
- All prices are subject to change for future projects but will not affect an already-agreed and confirmed project.
4. Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of digital services (design work, ad spend, and time-based labor), payments made for work already completed or in progress are generally non-refundable.
- If a project is cancelled by the client before work begins, a partial refund may be considered at Innozone’s discretion, minus any administrative or consultation costs.
- Refunds for third-party costs (such as domain registration, hosting, or ad spend already paid to Meta) are non-refundable, as these are paid directly to third-party platforms.
5. Project Timelines
- Estimated timelines will be provided at the start of each project but are not guaranteed, as they depend on client responsiveness, content availability, and project complexity.
- Innozone will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines but is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., third-party platform issues, client delays, force majeure).
6. Meta Ads Disclaimer
- Innozone manages and optimizes advertising campaigns to the best of our ability using industry best practices; however, we do not guarantee specific results, such as a fixed number of leads, sales, followers, or return on ad spend, as these depend on multiple factors including market conditions, audience behavior, budget, and platform algorithms.
- Ad accounts, ad spend, and billing to Meta/Facebook are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
- We are not responsible for ad account restrictions, bans, or disapprovals issued directly by Meta, though we will assist in resolving such issues where possible.
7. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients will own the rights to the final website design, content, and creative assets created specifically for their project, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
- Innozone retains the right to showcase completed projects (website designs, ad creatives, etc.) in our portfolio, social media, or marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
- Any third-party tools, themes, plugins, or stock assets used remain subject to their original licensing terms.
8. Website Maintenance & Support
- Unless a maintenance package is agreed upon, Innozone is not responsible for ongoing updates, security patches, or content changes made after project delivery.
- Additional support, edits, or maintenance requested after project completion may be subject to a separate fee.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innozone shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services
- Loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from website downtime, third-party platform issues, or advertising performance
- Actions taken by third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, hosting providers, domain registrars) that are outside our direct control
Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
10. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate an ongoing project or service agreement with written notice, subject to any terms outlined in the specific project agreement.
- Any work completed up to the point of termination will be billed accordingly, and no refund will be issued for work already performed.
11. Freelancers & Third-Party Contractors
Innozone may engage freelancers or independent contractors to deliver services. While we ensure quality control, clients agree that their primary contractual relationship remains with Innozone (Pvt) Ltd, not individual freelancers.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
